Just wrapped a product call with team. Wanted to share with community product rollout plan

Hello all! Zora Labs has been working hard to bring cutting-edge products to the market. We can't ignore the recent move by big tech and many crypto developers into artificial intelligence. A.I. will change the way we live, communicate and do business. Our founders have been exploring OpenAI, Stable Diffusion and Chat A.I. in an effort to enhance our product portfolio. While Xbots is still being developed along with Xana 2.0, we will release a community chatbot that we feel will alleviate crypto community managers from repetitive replies to common questions and change the way crypto protocols communicate to their users. This A.I. product has the potential to be adopted industry-wide and we believe the underlying technologies can be applied to current & future products. Architecture All parts of Xbots will be web3 and linked to the Ethereum blockchain. Our finance & gaming studio partner is working on a play-to-earn model. Hello everyone! We've been busy working on several key strategic areas to enhance the value of Zora Labs products and wanted to share recent developments: 1) Governance Decentralization has been a goal of this project since its inception for almost 2 years (May 2020). The development team has noted that voting is currently the only functionality ready for mainnet. The founders want a more robust governance mechanism including contract upgradeability, NFT ecosystem modifications and other on-chain governance contracts that directly impact our products to remove Zora Labs centralization. The scope and development of more robust governance mechanisms has extended our delivery date into Q2 but we plan to move all governance contracts from Kovan before the end of the coming quarter. 2) Xana Feedback from interested VCs to seed and provide liquidity for Xana marketplace has been encouraging. We have been given the mandate of providing "traction" to initiate funding. Our team has been working on this with a few opportunities including creating our own generative NFT 3D collection as well as exploring the "Play to Earn" arena (think wolf.game). Also, internal discussions are also underway for founders to fund with stablecoins from initial fundraise as a backup plan. 3) Funding Project is fully funded by founders with stablecoins raised in initial fundraising & vesting tokens. These mechanisms are more than enough to finance Zora Labs project throughout 2022 and well into 2023. Zora Labs Update: 1) ZoraDAO contracts have been published (Kovan) and front-end is being finalized. Will likely start QA this weekend. 2) We are in conversation with several VCs for the private sale of $XANA. This will provide liquidity when the token is airdropped to Zora holders. We plan to provide further rewards to Zora token holders that didn't sell after the Dec. 31st snapshot. Also, we will airdrop OpenSea 2022 users to help promote our marketplace and attract an initial userbase. This has worked for a few projects and we believe rewarding the NFT community is the best way to gain adoption. Xana is unique in that it does NOT restrict rewards to only blue chip collections. Unlike other marketplaces where washing trading is rampant in a handful of very expensive collections, we want to be an inclusive community that caters to all NFT creators and collectors. 3) Zora token - We've been asked repeatedly about the value and long-term prospect for $ZORA. Our team wants to reiterate our commitment to holders and remind everyone that you will have full governance over ALL current and future Zora Labs product as a token holder. Also, you will receive 1% of fees generated by Xana and ALL FUTURE PRODUCTS. We will continue to strive to provide additional utility to Zora holders. Job will entail managing key relationships and building a portfolio of influencers to collaborate with founders on Xana marketplace (https://xana.org) content. It will be transferred to Zora Labs domain and provide a much more user friendly experience. We are still finalizing details but Xana will work like any traditional online marketplace except we will have an incentive and reward structure for all users listing, buying & selling. It appears since we published our medium article (https://zoracles.medium.com/presenting-the-worlds-first-create-collect-to-earn-nft-marketplace-6a42f6ebdca2), rewards is now a hot topic. Our competitors are placing restrictions upon who can receive rewards and Xana will not. Our team is in the process of upgrading infrastructure as we have outgrown our current provider and we are looking forward to a big marketing push once our platforms are stable. We received a lot of feedback and proposals to enhance the value of Zora & Xana token holders. Here are the ideas we felt best positioned the community to create and maintain value for our products. 1) Raising Xana Marketplace fees to 1.96%. 0.96% of revenue will go to Xana token holders as planned. 1% to Zora holders. 2) Staking Xana token. It is important to provide incentives not only for buyers and sellers, but Xana token holders. Development will begin immediately. 3) Providing liquidity for Xana token launch. It was proposed we take 10% of supply and offer crypto community that didn't participate in airdrop an early opportunity to support project. 100% of funds will be used to seed Xana Uniswap liquidity. We will be also moving forward with Xana mainnet this week. Contracts have already been published and if interested in gaining access, please contact James. ZoraDAO will be the interface for staking and claiming your Xana airdrop. This will be available soon as we relaunch our new governance product over the next several weeks.
